Geographic Shapes
Countries where boundary polygons are available through the Details API for cities, administrative divisions, and countries.
Geographic Boundary Polygons
When requesting locations through the Details API, you can retrieve geometric boundary polygons for:
- Cities - City boundaries (e.g., Paris, Nîmes, London, Tokyo)
- Administrative divisions - Regions, departments, districts (e.g., Gard, Occitanie in France)
- Countries - National boundaries
Use the fields=geometry parameter to include the location’s boundary shape in your Details API response.
